The Basis To Making Timely Decisions

Many leaders today, including leaders of nations, lead by their false self (Ego) and their undeserving authority rather than with virtue, benevolent convictions, and true leadership experience. The truth is always obvious to the aligned spirit. It is connected to the source of everything. Aligning your mind, body, and spirit will let you become the magnificent leader your team deserves.

The Tao Te Ching and Hua Hu Ching are wonderful guides to becoming aligned with the universe. An aligned leader accomplishes wondrous things with their virtuous ideas and guidance.

The 8th Verse Of The Tao Te Ching:

The supreme good is like water,
which nourishes all things without trying to.
It flows to low places loathed by all men.
Therefore, it is like the Tao.

Live in accordance with the nature of things.
In dwelling, be close to the land.
In meditation, go deep into the heart.
In dealing with others, be gentle and kind.
Stand by your word.
Govern with equity.
Be timely in choosing the right moment.

One who lives in accordance with nature
does not go against the way of things.
He moves in harmony with the present moment,
always knowing the truth of just what to do.

Be worthy of your leadership position. Always do what is right and is aligned with virtue and service to others. Your biggest challenge will always be to control your false self: your ego. Your ego is what you think you are, values and memes ingrained into your subconscious since you were a child. You are not your title, your possessions, your appearance, the status you have in your community, what others think of you…take all of this away and you may see who you truly are.

Become aligned with your true self; the spirit waiting to come into this world pure and connected to infinite intelligence. Gain the knowledge to perform as a servant leader always bringing virtue and benevolence to your brothers and sisters on the team.

You know what is right. Make timely decisions from your true self.
