Your Bearing Offline and Online Makes a Difference!

Early in life I had a mentor, a friend that made a huge impact on me. When he walked, his shoulders were back, head held high and firm without arrogance, and he always had a smile that made you feel important and accepted. The way he carried himself, he always made a great impression. His speech was clear and had authority, and he always conducted himself with honor and respect for others.

I later learned in the military that my role model demonstrated the definition of personal bearing. How important is this for you and I in business?
Bearing is a major part of leadership. Regardless of whether you are a network marketer or in some other business, you must attract a following and your bearing is quite often the first impression people have of you.

Watch your carriage, appearance, speech, and personal conduct!

Do this, be aware of this at all times. Your success is dependent on your ability to look, act, and speak like a leader. Check your personal hygiene, grooming, dress and posture at all times. Even when it is a relaxed situation, remain cognizant of your bearing.

When you have the opportunity to present your products and services; whether it be an online webinar, video, marketing photo, or an offline presentation or marketing piece, always deliver your message with a natural, warm bearing of a leader!
